Высокопроизводительные терабитные коммутаторы Huawei S9700 серии предназначены для агрегирования услуг в центрах данных следующего поколения и использования в качестве коммутаторов опорной сети в крупных кампусных сетях. Для обновления до полностью программируемого гибкого коммутатора используется плата X1E Huawei.
Коммутаторы S9700 предоставляют коммутацию уровня 2-3 и различные сетевые услуги, такие как MPLS VPN, аппаратный IPv6, облачной рабочий стол, видеоконференцсвязь и беспроводная связь. Стабильная переадресация, аппаратная OAM/BFD, кольцевая защита сети и обновление ПО без прерывания услуг повышают доступность системы и сокращают общую стоимость владения (TCO).
