Маршрутизаторы Cisco ISR (Integrated Services Routers) 4000 серии включает в себя модели Cisco ISR4300 и Cisco ISR4400 подсерии. Эти устройства отличаются высокой производительностью от 50 Мбит/с до 2 Гбит/с, встроенными WAN портами Gigabit Ethernet и SFP портами. Функциональность платформы Cisco ISR4300 и Cisco ISR4400 можно расширить с помощью интерфейсных модулей NIM. Платформа поддерживает 2 или 3 слота расширения, в зависимости от модели. Объем памяти DRAM в 4GB с возможностью расширения до 16GB позволяет справляться с задачами с высокой скоростью. Модели Cisco ISR4400 поддерживают функцию резервного питания.
